FruitThere are so many wonderful fruits and everyone seems to like them. Fruits contain vitamins, minerals and fiber so you will want to eat 3-4 helpings a day. Most fruits are best just plain and natural. Be sure you wash them before eating. Eat a variety of fruits so that you can get a variety of vitamins and minerals. For instance, apricots are loaded with vitamin A while blackberries are loaded with vitamin C. Mangoes are high in vitamin A while strawberries and kiwi contain good amounts of vitamin C. Blueberries, cranberries, and raspberries are loaded with antioxidants.
